About Glass House Winery
Glass House Winery crafts artisan wines made only from the grapes grown on their property and their region of Virginia. In addition to their homey tasting room, you’ll step into a tropical rainforest when you enter the conservatory. Full of lush, tropical plants, you can grab a table in the glass room to enjoy views, wines, and chocolates in a tropical environment–no matter the season!
Wines & Chocolates
The carefully crafted, delicious wine of Glass House Winery embodies local flavors of the region. From red and white wines to dessert wines, each has it’s own unique flavor and is of the highest quality. Thursdays through Sundays, stop by between noon and 5:30 for a tasting or stay till 9 pm on Fridays. Tastings are $10, and $12 if you want to take home a glass. Guests are welcome to bring food for a picnic or purchase some of their cheeses, meats, crackers, and more.
In addition to their delectable wine selection, they also hand-make gourmet chocolates! Their flavors range from Cherry Chilli, Earl Grey, Salted Peanut Butter, Sangria, and more. Additionally, their chocolates are available in 12 and 4 piece boxes. Stop by to enjoy wine, and maybe even pair it with one of their gourmet chocolates!
On Fridays and Sundays, Glass House Winery features live music from local bands and artists, as well as food trucks. Friday, March 6th, visit Glass House Winery to hear the music of the Local Vocals and enjoy food from the Pena Food Truck! Performing fan favorites from Zac Brown Band, Jimmy Buffet, and the Eagles, you won’t want to miss this group. Sunday, March 8th, Greg Ward will be performing groovy, reggae tunes. What better way to end your weekend? On Friday, March 13th, come by and hear the Bobby Midnight Band for some rhythm and blues. While you’re there, grab some food from the 106 Food Truck.
